30-Day Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• Items should be unused beyond reasonable inspection or fitting, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
• Please contact hallo@farrowa.com before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.
• FARROWA covers reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
• For change-of-mind, size, color, or preference returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
• No restocking fees are charged on approved returns.
• Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

• Free Standard Shipping on accepted orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
• Transit Time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated Total Delivery: 8–18 business days from successful payment confirmation.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• Once dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be included.
