Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items should be unused beyond reasonable inspection or fitting, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

- FARROWA covers reasonable return shipping costs for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
- For change-of-mind, size, color, or preference returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
- No restocking fees are charged on approved returns.
